The Opportunity

Support the Sustainability team in managing the reporting platform, controlling access, organizing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll get to do

• Manage users' access, permissions, roles, and groups (internal and external users).
• Ensure effective coordination and communication among areas.
• Control the transversal control over external users (auditors, graphic design).
• Update and maintain the platform's folder architecture and documents.
• Support reporting, follow-up actions, and process improvements.

We'd love to meet you if you have

• Experience: Technical mindset (engineering or similar), analytical and critical thinking skills, process oriented.
• Education: bachelor's degree in engineering or systems.
• Languages: Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
• Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, proactivity, and problem-solving.
• Specific knowledge required: Excel and document management tools. Basic knowledge of sustainability/ESG reporting is a plus.
