The Opportunity
The Inventory Back-Office Graduate supports day-to-day inventory and stock management activities through accurate data entry, reporting, system administration, and operational data.
This role is designed for a recent graduate looking to build experience in inventory back-office environment for supply chain and looking for opportunities to progress into roles such as Inventory Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Supply Chain Coordinator.
What you'll get to do
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
- Stock availability review for any product within assigned brands - Apply stock bookings to preserve shortages for key markets and key customers and prioritize orders delivery generation following global business guidelines
- Manual deliveries generation to maximize sales recovery for cancelled orders and key contact with logistics department.
- Ad-hoc analysis

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Willingness to learn ERP systems
