About the role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You'll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, specifically related to payments features, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and developing key banking products, features, operations, licences, and growth opportunities
• Collaborating with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, as well as global stakeholders, to analyse and define the local payments strategy
• Creating business cases based on requirement definitions, and driving execution plans
• Managing project prioritisation and supporting license applications
• Defining the playbook and process execution to achieve hyper-growth
• Managing and developing relationships with critical vendors and strategic partnerships

What you'll need

• 5+ years of banking experience
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations
• Experience with local banking systems and transaction management
• The ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
• To enjoy working with data
• Inherent curiosity and an interest in making a significant impact
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Expertise in data analysis using tools, such as SQL or Excel
• Experience engaging in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices
