What You Can Expect:

  • Oversee and manage a team of support specialists to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Lead by example and provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to promote a positive and high-performing work culture.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and quality of support services.
  • Monitor team performance and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to address any issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

What You Bring:

  • University or higher professional education degree and/or relevant experience in industrial engineering, supply chain management or information technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in a support function
  • Excellent knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS (Discreet) - a must have
  • Leadership skills and track record of developing teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Structured and clear communicator with a high ownership mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to lead a metrix team located in different part of the world
