The Position

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design operation process, Responsible for ITOT system (e.g. MES recipe, MES master data) routine operation work including:

- ITOT system operation status tracking and problem handling.

- ITOT operation quality analysis and ITOT process improvement.

- ITOT system security management.

- ITOT system client device and equipment management.

• Support ITOT system project implementation or system upgrade (MES recipe, MES master data related)

• Support internal and external audit of ITOT system.

• Support business opportunities enabled by ITOT information and technology.

• Provide both tactical and strategic interface, technical consultation and co-creates technology enabled business strategy in ITOT MAKE area.

• Support ITOT Manufacturing System Head to prioritize, challenge and advise to shape the right outcomes for customers and patients.

• Work with process owner, system owner/ DSM and other ITOT team member to Influence all ITOT delivery in MAKE (MES recipe, MES master data related).

• Design master data management operation process, be responsible & coordinate cross team working for ITOT system routine master data management operation work for PT Shanghai MAKE business & SRPL clinic trail business.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in related subject, computer or automation related subject is preferred

Job Required Competencies

• 6 years' or above related experience, at least 4 years' experience of MES recipe author

• Have GMP working experience, or have pharmaceutical working experience is preferred.

• Language skills: Good at listening, speaking, reading and written English

• PC skill: MES system, Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Rockwell MES and SAP system is preferred)
