What You'll Build

The SAP Mexico Internship program is a global-minded, strategic & paid internship program that provides university students the opportunity to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Intern - Facilities

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Expected Start: June 2026

Duration: 18 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support GRF Caribbean Coordinator with day-by-day office operation
• Main contact onsite for third parties that provide any service related to GRF scope
• Local quality control for cleaning, maintenance and any specific vendor that provides services to GRF
• Support local communications to Monterrey employees
• Responsible for controlling office goods deliveries
• Create Purchase Requests related with Monterrey local offices
• Support quotations review received from suppliers
• Local main contact to employees and leadership
• Create reports to manage budget Opex and Capex
• Responsible to support local initiatives related with Sustainability

• Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with different audiences.
