Role Overview

As an Office Assistant based in our Sundbyberg office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of SD Worx Sweden. The role requires a proactive, flexible, committed, and highly organised individual with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Our ideal candidate is a positive self‑starter with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities‑ and office‑related matters; manage and coordinate various office activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all Swedish offices provide a welcoming, well‑functioning, and professional environment for both SD Worx colleagues and external visitors.

  • Support the two main Swedish offices (Sundbyberg and Norrköping) as well as three smaller satellite offices.

  • Assist the management team in organising events and meetings. An upcoming example is the large customer event in November, welcoming approximately 150 customers.

  • Support the People Team with administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and the administration of employee benefits.

  • Act as Sweden's primary point of contact when coordinating with other Office Managers and Executive Assistants across the Group. Manage meeting coordination, bookings, and calendar synchronisation for the Market Team.

  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as required by business needs.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in administrative or assistant‑type roles.

  • A positive, proactive, and customer‑focused team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong planning and organisational abilities, high attention to detail, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to follow through and get things done.

  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and balance multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work from the office at least three days per week.

  • Motivation to add value by understanding stakeholder needs and delivering high‑quality support.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with others.

  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Excellent Swedish and fluent English, both verbal and written.

  • Willingness to work from our Sundbyberg office.
