About the role:

As a Payroll Business Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients across all Payroll processes by implementing and optimizing solutions within the HRNET application, delivering user trainings and providing expert guidance in personnel administration and time attendance. Working closely with customers, developers, and the design team, you will analyze requests, test data and processes, and create clear user documentation to ensure a high-quality, continuously improving HRNET experience.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Implementation of Payroll Processes: Oversee the implementation of payroll processes within the HRnet application.

• Training and Support: Organize and conduct training sessions for HRnet users on payroll functionalities.

• Consulting and Expertise: Provide expert consulting to users, particularly in the area of payroll calculation and related legislation.

• Data and Process Testing: Perform testing of payroll data and processes within the HRnet application to ensure accuracy.

• Instruction Creation: Develop and maintain clear instructions and documentation for using payroll features of the application.

• Customer Request Analysis: Analyze and address customer inquiries and requests related to payroll.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and the design team to enhance the application based on user feedback.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to payroll processes and features based on client interactions and experiences.

What do you have to offer?

• Payroll Knowledge: Experience in payroll for at least 3 years and knowledge of Croatian labor low related legislation is essential.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively train and consult users.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Knowledge of the HRnet payroll application is an advantage.

• User Orientation: A willingness to work closely with users and support their needs is crucial.

• Learning and Development: An eagerness to learn and improve, as well as a developed sense of responsibility, is important.

• Languages: Fluency in local language and English.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in economics, preferably accounting or finance is preferred
