Requisitos

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to generate HR metrics and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
  • Expertise in compensation, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Experience leading organizational development and change management initiatives

Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development initiatives
  • Support training and development programs while administering benefits to enhance employee capabilities and engagement
  • Conduct HR analytics and reporting to inform business decisions and identify trends
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion
