You join as a trusted advisor and integrator, driving execution, clarity, and accountability across a fast‑paced, results‑driven industrial environment. Every day, you engage with senior leaders, shape decisions, and ensure priorities move from discussion to delivery. You actively accelerate change, remove barriers, and help the organization perform at its best while navigating complex, global, engineering‑driven realities.
How You'll Make an Impact
Partner with the Head of Blades as a trusted advisor, providing executive support, strategic sparring, and representing leadership when needed.
Coordinate priorities across the Blades Management Team, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and disciplined follow‑through.
Lead critical cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects end‑to‑end, driving execution, tracking progress, and closing gaps.
Establish strong governance and accountability mechanisms, converting decisions into owned actions and measurable results.
Enable fact‑based decision‑making by transforming complex data into clear insights, senior management reporting, and actionable recommendations.

What You Bring
A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, with management experience in industrial or complex operational environments strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with strong ownership, rigor, and follow‑through.
A strong analytical mindset, experienced in structuring data and translating it into business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence influencing senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
