Job Description

Experience: 4 to 8 years
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

Lead and resolve escalated MECM-related incidents and service requests.

Design, deploy, and manage MECM infrastructure and client configurations.

Intune activities like Autopilot, device configuration, Life cycle management

Intune co-management scenarios

Managing OS & Boot Images

Provide technical support to L2/L3 issues in the service area

Technical & functional documentation related to service area

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM & Intune enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment using Task Sequences & WDS

Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System Management

Experience with Intune, Azure AD, and co-management.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experienced with Imaging technologies like DISM & ImageX

Knowledge of Power BI

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
