About the Job:

As a  CX Academy & Visuals Merchandising Trainer, you will act as a brand advocate, responsible for implementing and managing the operations of the CX Academy within your designated area. Your mission is to elevate customer-facing teams through dynamic training initiatives that drive sales and service excellence. Additionally, you will ensure the consistent implementation of Swarovski's Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines across retail environments, enhancing the customer experience and brand presentation.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize, manage, deliver, and record classroom and in-store trainings (brand, product, service & sales, clienteling, styling, specialist skills, soft skills, and store leadership development)
  • Create engaging, experiential learning that is results-driven and behavior-based
  • Observe customer interactions and coach in the moment to identify improvements and unlock performance
  • Use role play and structured coaching to strengthen selling confidence and consistency
  • Translate Service Audit insights into targeted coaching priorities for stores and individuals; track training effectiveness and follow-up actions
  • Partner with Store Managers to build robust individual coaching plans based on observation and performance evidence
  • Build Store Manager capability through tools, structure, and coaching routines (e.g., daily focus behaviors, weekly coaching moments) to ensure follow-through and measurable progress
  • Ensure consistent onboarding for new starters in Retail stores; align proactively with Store Managers on completion
  • Implement global/regional VM guidelines in line with CEEAN VM Manager direction
  • Coach Store Managers/teams on VM execution (zoning, campaign setup, standards) with practical in-store support
  • Responsible for the VM setup of new/refurbished Stores with timely Visual Merchandising initial orders, initial zonings and initial decorations, as well as all trainings concerning Visual Merchandising in close cooperation with Sales Management and Merchandising Manager
  • Monitor VM campaign implementation (e.g., VM helpdesk / CoCo) and drive compliance follow-up
  • Provide structured feedback to VM Manager and relevant stakeholders on gaps and progress
  • Coordination of local production of VM material

About You:

  • 2+ years as Store Manager / In-store Coach / Trainer in attainable luxury, in an international or multi-market retail environment
  • Partner collaboration (where applicable): Drives standards through alignment and influence with partner owners/brand managers (no line authority)
  • Coaching maturity & emotional intelligence: Clear expectations without lowering standards; builds trust and handles resistance constructively
  • Facilitation & influence: Strong group facilitation, coaching on the floor, and stakeholder partnership
  • Commercial & execution focus: KPI mindset with disciplined follow-up and documentation
  • Languages: Fluent Turkish and fluent English
