About the job
In this role, you will support payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations across CEEAN markets. You will work closely with Local HR, GBS Employee Life Cycle teams, Finance, and external service providers.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support and optimize payroll processes across retail markets, collaborating with GBS and local providers.
- Contribute to automation initiatives for Absence Management and Time Tracking and coordinate ad‑hoc payroll and Workday integration projects.
- Manage employee benefits, including benchmarking, updates, and vendor coordination.
- Execute payroll activities for Greece in collaboration with the local payroll provider, ensuring compliance, accurate data in Workday, and timely incentive payouts.
- Act as a Service Point contact, maintain knowledge articles, and provide data for Compensation & Benefits surveys.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of payroll or HR Operations experience.
- Understanding of payroll regulations, labor law, and statutory requirements (Greece-focused).
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
