About the job

You are an advocate of our brand. In this role and together with the Flagship team, you will:

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction

• Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers

• Act as a role model, leading by example with passion and enthusiasm

• Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive the business in the Flagship location

• Support the implementation of the monthly service and sales plan, goals and targets

• Assist the Retail Excellence Store Manager in the flawless execution of day-to-day store operations in the Flagship

• Manage and implement visual merchandising in partnership with Visual Merchandising Leader and Specialists in the Flagship location

• Oversee all stock room and cash desk operations

• Pay range $30.00 - $33.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

About you

You are an experienced Assistant Store Manager and you have:

• 1-2 years' experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment

• Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands

• Leadership and coaching skills

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

• Digital proficiency, learning agility and growth mindset

• A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships
