At TP, we deliver world-class customer experiences for some of the biggest brands on the planet. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for molding our sales representatives into high-performing consultants, ensuring they have the tools, the talk track, and the confidence to turn every interaction into an opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive initial training for new hires, covering product knowledge, sales psychology, and internal systems.
  • Skill Enhancement: Identify performance gaps through call monitoring and data analysis, then design and execute targeted "up-skilling" workshops.
  • The Sales Playbook: Implement and refine sales methodologies (Consultative Selling, Objection Handling, Closing) to drive conversion rates.
  • Real-time Coaching: Conduct side-by-side coaching sessions and "Deal Clinics" on the sales floor to provide immediate, actionable feedback.
  • Liaison & Collaboration: Partner with Quality Analysts and Operations Managers to ensure training alignment with client KPIs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Training/Marketing degree or equivalent practical experience. ( deberia ser trainer or marketing degree)
  • Native/C2 level of English (any other language at an advanced level will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or a top-performing Sales Representative looking to move into coaching.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Dynamic Presentation Skills: Ability to engage a room (physically or virtually) and simplify complex sales concepts.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into a training action plan.
  • Cultural Fit: You are comfortable working in a diverse, international environment and can adapt your coaching style to different personalities.
