The Digital Marketing Ads Specialist role at TP Spain, based in Barcelona, focuses on acquiring new advertisers for Local Services Ads through outbound lead engagement. As part of a fast‑growing digital marketing project, you will act as a digital consultant, advising businesses on advertising strategies and contributing directly to their growth. This is a target‑driven position where you work toward individual sales goals while supporting the expansion of the client's advertiser base across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage daily outreach through calls and emails, ensuring a minimum number of interactions. The role includes qualifying leads, organizing the sales pipeline, and understanding business needs to align them with the product. You will guide clients through onboarding and verification processes, apply regional onboarding procedures, and support documentation collection and submission. Additional tasks include escalating issues when needed and contributing to a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

Requirements

Candidates must have C2 Spanish and Italian plus C1 English, both written and spoken. A minimum of 12 months' experience in sales, recruitment, or customer‑facing roles is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines are essential. Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office is expected. A Business‑related degree and interest in home services industries are considered a plus.

Benefits

The position offers a full‑time (39h/week) hybrid work model in Barcelona, with an annual salary of 19,623.94 € gross plus up to 1,000 € bonus.
