Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present breakfast dishes with consistency and creativity
Ensure all mise-en-place is ready for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Monitor stock and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
Follow all health & safety regulations
Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members
Requirements
Proven experience as a breakfast chef or similar role in a high-end kitchen
Passion for food and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently in the early morning hours
Must be living in Amsterdam or nearby
Fluent in English
