About you 👤

• Understanding of Ireland / UK healthcare systems and customer environment and solid working experience in accordance with IPHA / ABPI Code of Practice and compliance processes

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights

• Marketeer experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry including digital and omnichannel engagement

• Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional working

• Self-motivated high performer, working independently and as part of a team

About the role 🧭

Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌

• Support the development and implementation of brand plans, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio strategy and commercial priorities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, PR, events, and sales materials), ensuring consistency and compliance

• Lead delivery of specific marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure alignment and approval of materials

• Manage agency relationships for assigned projects, ensuring clear briefs, strong execution, and value for investment

• Monitor brand performance metrics (sales, market share, campaign effectiveness) and provide regular updates to the marketing team

• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to support aligned brand execution

• Contribute to a strong cross-functional team culture, ensuring clear communication and shared ownership of objectives
