The Global Talent Lead is responsible for executing and operationalizing the global talent strategy that includes: talent acquisition, learning, talent management and international mobility.

The role focuses on strong execution, hands-on‑on leadership of Talent Acquisition, and close partnership with business and countries HR leaders to translate talent priorities into measurable outcomes. Your impact will include:

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for global HQ, ensuring differentiated and effective hiring approaches by role type (critical, high-volume‑volume, specialized, leadership).
  • Drive end-tot‑to‑end execution of recruitment processes for key and critical roles, ensuring quality of hire and speed to productivity.
  • Track and report on talent KPIs (quality of hire, time to hire, time to impact, retention), using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Prepare Talent acquisition reporting for global and guide countries on regular meetings about how to better report to senior leaders and lead, coach, and train the Talent acquisition team, fostering a performance-driven‑driven and collaborative culture
  • Oversee and optimize recruitment vendors, tools, processes, and budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Support leadership development, internal mobility, and talent programs by ensuring strong execution and adoption.
  • Deploy global talent strategy and translate it into concrete, actionable plans across regions actings as a trusted talent partner to the business, with a strong focus on delivery, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent risks, capability gaps, possible learning action, and priorities.

�� International career path


This role is designed as part of a global leadership pipeline. After approximately 18-24 months, the successful candidate is expected to take on an international assignment in either the US or UK, continuing their career development within Tradebe.

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a pragmatic, delivery-oriented talent leader who thrives in complex, international environments.

You bring:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR roles with international exposure.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience leveraging data to drive HR decisions.
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (French or Italian is a plus).
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels in a global matrix organization.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
  • Willingness and flexibility for international mobility as part of a long-term global career path.
