As a Product Manager for Location Hub, you will own the central data foundation of the Uberall platform. Location Hub acts as the single source of truth for location data, enabling businesses to manage and structure their information before it powers products like Listings, Reviews, and Pages.
Your mission is to ensure location data is reliable, scalable, and flexible for global, multi-location brands. From opening hours and attributes to services and metadata, you will shape how location information is created, validated, and used across the platform.
This is a high-impact platform role where your work supports the stability and evolution of Uberall's ecosystem. You will lead the product lifecycle from discovery and data modelling to cross-product enablement and global rollout, ensuring Location Hub remains the backbone of Uberall's location intelligence platform.
Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle for the Listings domain. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining the product vision, and executing the roadmap with a focus on long-term scalability rather than quick fixes.
Customer-Centric Discovery: Act as the voice of the customer. You will conduct regular interviews, lead feedback sessions, and run concept tests with key clients to validate that our roadmap solves their real-world challenges.
Agile Execution: Own the backlog and prioritisation process. You will translate complex requirements into clear, concise user stories and work closely with engineering to manage sprints and navigate technical trade-offs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track success through rigorous SaaS metrics. You will monitor product health, adoption rates, and integration performance, using these insights to justify your prioritisation and report progress to stakeholders.
Smart AI Integration: Leverage AI agents and tools daily to optimise your workflow. You will explore and implement AI-driven features within the Listings product to automate data mapping, improve matching accuracy, and enhance the user experience.
Global Collaboration: Successfully navigate a remote-first setup, coordinating with cross-functional teams across EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
Your Profile:
5+ Years of Proven Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. We value tenure. You are someone who stays to see the long-term impact of your decisions and enjoys the continuous development of a core product rather than jumping between roles frequently.
Technical Authority: You are highly proficient in API logic and testing. While you won't be coding, you can hold your own in deep technical discussions with Software Engineers. A background as a Technical PM or Business Analyst is highly preferred.
Communication Mastery: You are a great communicator in English. You know how to ask the right questions at the right time, simplify complex technical topics for stakeholders, and remain concise in a remote work environment.
Analytical Rigour: You know your metrics. You understand how product features move the needle on SaaS KPIs like Churn, NRR, and Adoption, and you use these to track your product's progress.
AI Savvy: You don't just know about AI, you use it. You use AI tools and agents to support your productivity and ideally have experience building AI-enhanced product features.
Research & Discovery: Beyond customer calls, you are skilled in competitive analysis, market trend monitoring, and data mining to identify the next big thing for our Listings ecosystem.
