The Opportunity:

Universal DX is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft & Identity Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role will work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company's continued growth by operating and improving our Microsoft identity, security, and endpoint platforms.

You will play a key role in strengthening secure access to corporate systems, improving employee user experience, and ensuring identity, device, and access processes are reliable, compliant, and scalable. The role combines hands-on operational responsibility with a strong focus on security, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability of the IT environment.

How you'll contribute:

· Strengthen the company's identity and access security by operating and improving Microsoft identity and security platforms and related access controls in a reliable and scalable way.

· Improve employee user experience by simplifying access, authentication, and device onboarding across Windows and macOS environments while maintaining strong security standards.

· Reduce operational and security risks across identity, access, endpoints, and secure access platforms, supporting business continuity and growth.

· Support audit readiness, compliance, and data protection initiatives through controlled, documented, and auditable identity and device management processes.

· Partner with IT leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements aligned with long-term business needs.

What you'll bring:

· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft identity and security platforms, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint management.

· Experience managing Apple device ecosystems using Apple Business Manager, integrated with modern endpoint and identity solutions.

· Experience working with secure access and cloud security platforms such as Netskope or equivalent technologies.

· Solid understanding of identity security, access governance, and modern security principles.

· A pragmatic, security-first mindset with the ability to balance control, usability, and operational efficiency, combined with strong communication skills.
