Public Funding Controller Trainee responsabilities will be:

• Support in the projects that could receive a Tax Credit or Grant

• To encourage Valeo Team (R&D Technical people in site) to get the information needed to complete the files to submit the different projects

• Support in prepare dossiers (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants (applying all Valeo compliance rules)

• To apply the standard in Tax Deduction, in order to implement the same dossiers in all the Spanish plants

• Support preparing the dossier, analyze the cost of Activities, analyze the people and the suppliers, in order to get the Budget

• To Recopilate the technical Files in order to share with the consultant to complete the dossier

• To follow up the completion of the dossiers until get the Entity Certificate or the Grant

• To fill and complete the Monthly Report

• To prepare and follow the sign of GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval)

• To prepare and follow the sign of FAR (Founding Authorization Request)

• Monitoring and control of the process for the approval / signing of projects and final certification

Your profile:

- Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree

- Very good English Level in spoken and written and French valued

- Results orientation, commitment to teamwork within an international environment

- Professionalism and transparency
