The site of Martos based in Spain belongs to LIGHT Division. We are looking for a VIE Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and priorities

• You ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires

• You coordinate training needs and support employees

• You manage time attendance and payroll, tracking absences and guiding staff

• You assist with employee relations and maintain mandatory postings

• You drive well-being and HR projects, supporting initiatives and audits

• You lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles

• You identify and engage top talent through strategic sourcing

Let's talk about you...

• You are graduated from a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

• You already ideally experience in talent development and recruitment in similar roles.

• You have a fluent level of English.

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking.

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy.

• Experience with Workday is a plus.
