vLex, a leading international legal technology company, is looking for a Collections Executive with experience in debt recovery to join our U.S. collections department. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in a multicultural environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in collections or debt recovery, preferably in banking or legal sectors.
• Education: Student or graduate in administrative, financial, or accounting fields.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Skills: Strong character, excellent oral and written communication, negotiation skills, organizational abilities, numerical aptitude, goal-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients in the U.S. with overdue accounts via phone to manage debt collection.
• Maintain control over assigned accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent payments.
• Locate and follow up with debtors regarding their payment status.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to the collections department.
