As an Operations Compliance Monitoring Auditor, you'll play a key role in safeguarding how we operate, ensuring our activities meet regulatory requirements while continuously raising the bar for safety and operational excellence.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals in Compliance & Safety, contributing to audits, strengthening our Compliance Management System, and helping embed a strong safety culture across the organization.

How will it be to work with us?

• Support and participate in internal and Authority audits, contributing to the evaluation of operational compliance.

• Conduct audits and inspections across Operations and external subcontractors, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards.

• Monitor training and competence records, supporting the effectiveness of the Compliance system.

• Prepare audit reports, clearly documenting findings, deviations, and supporting evidence.

• Follow up on corrective actions, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

• Contribute to the Annual Audit Plan and broader compliance monitoring activities.

• Participate in Corporate Management Evaluation (MANEV) processes.

• Support compliance training sessions and materials, helping strengthen awareness across teams.

• Contribute to updating manuals, procedures, and internal documentation.

• Assist in preparing Information Notes, ensuring clear communication of compliance-related topics.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aviation Management.

• Previous experience in an airline environment is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• High attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach.

• Willingness to travel across European bases as the role evolves

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards

• Strong interest in compliance, safety, and structured operational processes.
