About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled video editor and live production operator to join Vonage's Brand Creative & Campaigns team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with modern editorial sensibilities to create compelling B2B video content that resonates with forward-thinking enterprise audiences.

You'll be the go-to operator for live productions using OBS/vMix, own remote recording workflows through Riverside.fm, and deliver high-volume corporate editing with a contemporary edge. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand what makes B2B tech content engaging, and can balance technical precision with creative storytelling, this is your role.

What You'll Do

Live Production & Technical Operations

• Operate vMix and OBS for company all-hands meetings, webinars, and live event productions
• Manage live streaming setup, routing, recording, and real-time troubleshooting
• Configure multi-camera setups, graphics packages, and audio routing for professional broadcast-quality output
• Partner with the video team to continuously improve live production quality and reliability

Remote Recording & Session Production

• Own end-to-end Riverside.fm workflows: setup, guest prep, recording oversight, backup management, and file handoff
• Support remote recording sessions for Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement
• Ensure recording quality, audio clarity, and technical consistency across all remote sessions
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to maintain professional recording standards

Editorial & Post-Production

• Edit high-volume B2B video content with a modern, polished aesthetic designed for enterprise audiences
• Produce customer stories, product demos, tutorials, walkthroughs, and sales enablement videos
• Create sizzle reels, event highlights, employee spotlights, and internal communications content
• Work under the guidance of senior creative leads to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling standards
• Deliver content optimized for multiple platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, web, and internal channels
• Apply contemporary editing techniques, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design to create forward-thinking content

 

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience with vMix or OBS for live production and streaming
• Working knowledge of Riverside.fm (or similar cloud recording platforms like StreamYard, Restream)
• Expert-level editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Avid Media Composer
• Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, Photoshop)
• Understanding of audio mixing, color correction, and motion graphics fundamentals

Editorial Excellence

• Portfolio demonstrating modern B2B video editing with clean, professional, and engaging aesthetics
• Ability to edit content that speaks to tech-savvy, enterprise decision-makers and developers
• Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and how to make technical content compelling
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate websites)

Preferred Experience

• Background in corporate video production, broadcast journalism, or live event production
• Experience with digital asset management systems (Frame.io, Ziflow, MediaSilo)
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo)
• Understanding of B2B marketing, tech industry content, or SaaS product storytelling
