 Job Purpose

Flight Documentation Support in charge of serving the operations in any issue related to technical documentation availability in the airport and onboard the AC guaranteeing safety, compliance and at the same time, avoiding any delay.

Main Accountabilities

• Updating on-board manuals according to established guidelines.

• Updating necessary OM parts for flight crew member's tasks according to Onboard documentation supervisor and OM instructions.

• Updating Route Manuals cartography and maps.

• Updating the necessary cabin crew member's tasks documentation according to OM.

• Safeguarding that all previous described roles fulfil the company safety standards.

• Provides support for the tasks related with the EFB that are developed within the On-Board Documentation Department.

Key Performance indicators

Operational Excellence:

• OTP - Delays due to a data or document issue related to this particular documentation unit

• SPI Safety Performance Indicator - Findings or safety & compliance reports related to this particular documentation unit

People, Capabilities, and Management:

• Pilot's engagement related to the processes of this particular documentation unit

Education

• Knowledge of manuals, management and documental revision

• Knowledge in SMS and Compliance Monitoring

Experience 

• Not required, but valuable experience in an airport environment.

• Flight operations (desired)

• High proactivity & "Hands-on"

• Safety conscious

Languages 
English: B1
