Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective resource planning and project staffing for a practice or group of practices across the region and cross‑region engagements, balancing skill fit, availability, and business priorities.
• Actively participate in S&OP planning, headcount planning, and recruiting discussions, providing demand-supply insights to enable proactive workforce decisions.
• Build and nurture strong internal and external delivery partnerships to seamlessly scale capacity during peak demand and optimize bench utilization during low-demand periods.
• Drive capacity and utilization governance, ensuring optimal deployment of resources while minimizing bench aging and last-minute staffing escalations.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to align staffing plans with project pipelines, growth priorities, and regional delivery strategy.
• Provide regular, data-driven insights on capacity, utilization, and forecast accuracy to leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
