For this role, you'll be working with 123inkt, a name everyone in the Netherlands knows when it comes to printers and office supplies.
You'll be the voice on the phone that:

Helps customers improve their orders
Introduces them to the home brand
Goes the extra mile so everyone wins

What will you actually do?

Call existing Dutch-speaking customers (warm calls only)
Advise them on printers, toners, cartridges, and office supplies
Convert orders to home brand products where it makes sense
Spot upsell opportunities (more volume, better deals, smart bundles)
Collaborate with your team to ensure every order goes smoothly and correctly

No aggressive sales.
Just trust, thinking along, and conversations that deliver results.

Are a native Dutch speaker
Enjoy talking and quickly connecting with people
Think commercially and spot opportunities
Work accurately, even when managing multiple orders at once

Sales experience? Nice to have.
