We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development, evolution, and success of our products. You will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision, leveraging market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on the SME segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and ensures alignment of the product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Conducts in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Establishes governance frameworks, timelines, and key milestones to ensure effective execution.
  • Owns and drives product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Leads the development and continuous improvement of product features.
  • Manages and optimizes the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to GTM.
  • Drives UX/UI improvements and ensures a high-quality customer experience.
  • Integrates customer feedback and insights into product evolution.
  • Leads beta testing initiatives and leverages results to inform product decisions.
  • Monitors product performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Defines and tracks KPIs, initiating improvement initiatives when needed.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provides product insights and support to Marketing and Sales teams to enable go-to-market success.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Business & Product Strategy: Ability to align product initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic coherence and value generation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics: Advanced capability to leverage data and analytical tools (e.g., BI platforms, product analytics) to inform decision-making, define KPIs, and drive measurable product improvements.
  • Pricing & Monetization: Experience in defining and executing pricing strategies and monetization models to maximize business impact.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Proven expertise in conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • ERP & SaaS Product Expertise: Experience working with ERP systems and/or SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of their business models, scalability requirements, integrations, and customer needs.
  • Product Execution & Delivery Leadership: Ability to lead the development and evolution of product features, ensuring effective execution across the roadmap.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, growth, and sunset.
  • Customer Experience & UX/UI Optimization: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience managing high-priority, complex initiatives with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Strong ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing) towards common goals.
  • Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment: Capability to drive alignment across stakeholders, balancing business, technical, and customer needs.
