Engineering teams work on highly distributed systems, advanced data processing pipelines, and analytics-driven services that continuously evolve to meet growing market demands.
Translate client's strategic objectives into executable technical programs, balancing scope, schedule, and quality.
Partner with engineering leads, architects, and client to design scalable technical solutions.
Manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Evaluate and communicate trade-offs between delivering quick iterations and maintaining long-term architectural integrity.
Use SDLC understanding to plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of features and systems-from conception to retirement.
Read and interpret basic code constructs and design documents to estimate technical effort and complexity.
Must have
3+ years of experience in product or project management, or software delivery leadership.
Strong grasp of project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver technical initiatives.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) - feature design, estimation, release, and maintenance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel.
Proven experience working with BE.
Experience implementing moderately complex enterprise systems with multiple dependencies.
English level B2+.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation to estimate effort and complexity.
