We are looking for an O&M Site Manager to lead the asset management for our Kalayaan 2 Wind farm, once construction is finalized. The position will report hierarchically to the Managing Director of Acciona Energía Southeast Asia, and functionally to the Southeast Asia O&M Manager based at the company's headquarters in Spain.

The position will be responsible for Asset Management and O&M activities for the Project, located in the Paete and Kalayaan districts, Laguna Province, approximately 80 km from Manila.

Ensure optimal wind farm performance and availability in accordance with contractual requirements and Acciona Energía (AE) Production Department strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety standards in coordination with the SHEQ Department and achieve the targets set by the AE Production Department.

Oversee the Project's performance in terms of safety, availability, production, costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain the Project in excellent condition, ensuring high-quality operations and demonstrating respect for and care of the environment.

SHEQ:

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, AE policies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks, contractual obligations, and manufacturer requirements.

Asset management:

• Ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the asset in coordination with authorities, entities, landowners, and other third parties.

Operations and Maintenance:

• Manage various O&M contracts (Wind Turbine O&M, EBoP, CBoP, etc.), controlling the execution of technical activities, supervising operations, monitoring performance, calculating liquidated damages, negotiating contracts, and reviewing reports.
• Analyse plant performance and propose, develop, and implement improvements, procedures, and services in line with AE Production Department strategies.
• Monitor AE procedures, communicate knowledge and updates to contractors, and oversee maintenance plans and retrofits.

Supply Chain:

• Manage contract renewals, spare parts procurement, and inventory control in alignment with the O&M contracts.

Documentation:

• Support the preparation of necessary documentation to optimize performance according to AE criteria, including procedures, standards, instructions, and updates.

Reporting:

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the AE Production Department and third parties.
• Calculate KPIs and become an advanced user of corporate reporting tools.

Budgets:

• Monitor, report, and control daily, weekly, and monthly OPEX.
• Prepare and submit annual budgets.

EDUCATION

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

• PRC professional license holder (PEE or PME).

EXPERIENCE: more than 6 years of professional experience, including 3 years' experience in O&M and asset management of energy production plants. Knowledgeable in wind production power plants and civil works are a plus.

LANGUAGES: Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus.

SKILLS: Empathetic, team-oriented, well-organized, dynamic, proactive, and skilled in decision-making and team management.

OTHER:

• Expert user of Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Valid driver's license
