Job Description:

An opportunity for A400M Customer Management and Powerplant Assistant has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid)

Responsibilities

Prepare relevant logistic for the team (travel, post, doc distribution).
Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time mgt, meeting/event admin, job requisitions...).
Typing of letters, memo, report. Collecting information for decision making. Welcoming and cascading information.

What we are looking for:

Educated to degree level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment

High level of motivation to lead complex projects

English: Negotiation level

Spanish: Fluent
