Job Description:
We are seeking a maintenance data analyst to join the "Fleet performance monitoring & Data" team supporting the sustainment of the A400M fleet. The candidate will provide data-driven support to the optimization of the maintenance program, with the objective of improving operational availability and maintenance efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Collect, process and analyse in-service maintenance and operational data from the A400M fleet, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, failures, removals and defect reports to support the optimization of the A400M maintenance plan.
Monitor performance indicators related to aircraft maintenance (findings rates, maintenance man hours etc). Evaluate and interpret the outcomes ensuring consistency and traceability.
Produce and deliver regular performance reports, technical summaries and dashboards.
Interface with maintenance organizations, customers and relevant stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and assisting other areas in Airbus DS with the updated information on fleet performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (aeronautical, industrial, computer science or similar)
- Experience in data analysis, preferably within aerospace, aviation maintenance or industrial environments
- Knowledge of in-service maintenance processes and reliability concepts.
- Experience working with maintenance databases and maintenance systems
- Strong analytical skills, results oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Skills in data analysis tools (advance excel, python, R, SQL or similar) desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong English skills (verbal and written).
