Job Description:

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offer more than 60 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date October 1st 2026.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consist in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

He/She will collaborate in order to support transversal topics in the areas of Leadership, Culture Evolution, Change Management and Inclusion / Diversity.

He/She will have the opportunity to increase the following skills: event management, public speaking, projects presentation, team facilitation and internal marketing.

The main activities will be:

To support team members in the creation and follow up of improvement projects (for example better use of GSuite for communication with our main target groups and challenge Ways of Working).

To create and follow up activity plans within the team, like support in the coordination of events, trainings and workshops.

To take part in team meetings (held in an international environment) for support in different activities of Airbus Group and have visibility of the impact and mission of the team.

To support team members in reporting activities.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Recently graduates

- Studies in ADE, Communication or related fields

- Team facilitation knowledge

- English: negotiation level

- Spanish: negotiation level.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
