Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in similar jobs in FMCG and/or Consumer Health industry. Customers' knowledge will be valued.
Quick learner, ambitious with good attitude.
Can work under pressure and capable of delivering commitments.
Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to engage and execute.
Strength in problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics.
Good analytic skills and basic selling and negotiation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Word, Excel and Powerpoint using Windows 8/10.
Fluent in Spanish. English is a plus.

Sales Representative MADRID

Purpose:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative is in charge of executing of the Company strategies in the Point of Sales. He/she will drive the POS activation change in line with new Bayer way of selling standards, to ultimately deliver the sales targets (sell in and sell out).

Scope:

Local

Key Tasks:

  1. Execute impactful activities in store that successfully meet customers' needs and deliver the Sales targets. Focuses on ISPOS and key priority brands for Sell out.
  2. Sells the change externally to the Customers.
  3. Confirms correct POS segmentation and acts upon the designed route to market which maximize effectiveness for Bayer and our Customers.
  4. Develops long term partnership with the Customers in his/her Territory focusing on joint value creation at POS and wins vs competition.
  5. Delivers on Activation planning objectives (coverage - frequency and steps of the visit) at all POS by focusing on new standards of the visit.
  6. Collaborates enthusiastically internally and contributes to important cross functional projects.
  7. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the efficacy and relevant usage for Bayer products in the category, major competitors, key product features and benefits.

Internal: Region Managers, KAMs, Trade Marketing team, Customer Service

External:

    • Pharnacy channel focus
    • Buying Groups
