YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead process communities and/or projects or workstreams in large projects
Engage teams in defining aspirational outcomes and metrics
Collaborate with teams to co-create customer-centric, simple best-in-class processes
Lead design & integration of new technical solutions (e.g. OMP, Agentic AI)
Develop state-of-the-art knowledge and capabilities within the organization
Define standards and global SOPs, manage reviews / audits and risks to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations

WHAT YOU BRING

University Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific field, preferably Master's, combined with significant work experience within and outside Bayer
Strong understanding of industry-leading end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chains and business acumen
Significant experience and proven ability to execute and improve Demand Planning, Supply (Network) Planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes as well as enabling IT systems (APO/OMP) and new technologies (e.g. AI)
Advanced understanding and practical experience in leading projects and applying Business Process Management / Operational Excellence methodologies
Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing business & stakeholder needs, and ability to challenge the status quo
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds, as well as the ability to influence others and lead change
Demonstration of DSO and first VACC behaviors, especially entrepreneurial mindset & ownership

Fluent in English, Spanish is a Plus
