AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional
career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and
relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

You will join the «Antenna System Design & Validation Spain» department in charge of the architect definition, design and development of Telecom and Navigation antennas.
Our department is now working on several European Telecom & Navigation systems. You'll learnt about RF active antenna state of art acivtities an developments.
You'll develop your knowledge in antennas, and participate to Airbus Defence & Space development in this exciting domain.

For Radio Frequency system/sub-syst/modules/equipments /or components have the abilitInternship Job Description:y to provide sufficient detailed data and information about system elements to enable the implementation consistent with architectural entities as defined in models and views of the system architecture and in accordance with the allocated requirements.
Verify the compliance of a detailed design solution toward baseline of validated requirements for a single system / sub-system / equipment / component / module.

From product or architecture requirements produce a specification. Define interfaces of the electrical or electronic systems. Produced system diagrams and/or circuit diagram. Consider and design to electrical safety guidelines. Define test strategy and validate design.

You will have the following skills:

•Educated to Master degree level (or equivalent) in Radiofrequency Engineering.

•Autonomy, reactivity and adaptability,
•Technical curiosity and pro-activity,

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
•Language Skills: high level English.
