Job Description:

A job opportunity as Supply Officer for Procurement has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid ).

RESPONSABILITIES:
The successful candidate will join the Supply Management team. In your role as Supply Officer, you will:
· Participate in the introduction of new products (NPI)
· Verify and ensure order fulfillment.
· Obtain and maintain order-related data in the ERP system.
· Analyze delays and prioritize urgent items based on the needs of the assembly lines and Customer Support.
· Lead short- and long-term operational action plans (missing parts, improvement of logistics flows, etc.).
· Ensure daily monitoring of Supply Chain performance (receiving, workshops, internal transport, shipping) and resolve disputes.
· Ensure interactions with suppliers (remote and/or on-site) and cross-departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. -
· Manage bidirectional logistics flows (quotes, returned parts, tracked disassemblies).
· Provide a comprehensive overview of stock levels and implement action plans with suppliers to control inventory levels.

SKILLS:

· Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. -
· Experience: Junior level ( 1-3 years experience)
· Soft skills: Problem Solvings Skills ; Analytical Skills; Capable of coordinating a MFT ;
· Languages: Advanced level in English
· Technical knowledge: Advanced Level in Excel / Gsheet ; Data analysis skills
· Valuable / Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP - MM module
