About the Job

As the IT Service Management Coordinator you, together with the team, will act as a Center of Excellence providing services to several departments, as well as being in charge of overviewing technical services provided for several business functions. The scope includes a variety of technologies supporting: Data Solutions, Web Services Applications, Business Intelligence, Financial Solutions, Mortgage Solutions, Platform Services etc.

What you do

  • Assist the Service Management Team with several activities (e.g., monitoring, reporting, data processing, documentation maintenance etc).
  • Provide insights to improve processes and AI/Automation solutions whilst also supporting the developing a variety of reports, (e.g., Status Updates, IT Healthchecks, Process Summaries, Service Status Analytics).
  • Help in maintaining relevant IT Service Documentation in Allianz Technology's systems, e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Sharepoints.
  • Aid in day-to-day operations of Service Management areas based on current demand: Asset Risk Assurance, Configuration Management, Third Party Risk Management, Service Portfolio Management, Business Continuity Management etc.
  • Support in ad-hoc activities required to keep stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity of services.
  • Take ownership as a Subject Matter Expert in a specific process areas acting as a process lead guiding the team to improve in process delivery.

What you bring

  • University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) with a focus on information technology, stakeholder management. Desirable Project Management/ITIL or similar certifications.
  • Knowledge with MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and German desirable.
  • Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment with the ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way.
  • Very good prioritization skills and ability to adapt to changing demands, highly independent and persistent way of working.
  • Exposure through internships/work experience in projects coordination, service management, process coordination.
  • Desirable previous experience with agile teams or center of excellence teams as well as working with ITIL Processes and Service Now or similar systems. Process or project management, ITIL training or certification desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
  • IMPORTANT: This is not a Management/Director/Head-of-Department level position. Any profiles mismatching the required seniority level will not be considered.
