As a Trainee in Global Medical Affairs - Partner Markets, you will gain hands-on experience supporting global medical projects aimed at enabling high-quality and consistent execution across partner markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary and cross-functional environment, collaborating with colleagues across internal departments (regulatory, medical affairs, marketing, commercial), and external partners. You will contribute to medical education initiatives, evidence-generation activities, and brand plan development, supporting project coordination and interacting with internal and external stakeholders when needed. The position is ideal for a candidate eager to develop skills in global medical affairs, scientific communication, and strategic thinking in an international context.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Education Learning: Gain hands-on experience in the development, adaptation, and coordination of global medical education materials, learning how to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global medical strategy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Evidence Generation Experience: Develop practical skills in supporting evidence-generation activities (e.g., observational studies, post-hoc analyses, publication support), including literature reviews, scientific documentation, and coordination with internal and external contributors.
- Global Brand & Medical Strategy Exposure: Learn how Global Medical Affairs contributes to partner market brand plans by supporting medical inputs, timelines, and cross-functional alignment with global priorities.
- Medical & Scientific Communication: Build experience in supporting medical and scientific requests, learning how to ensure consistent, accurate scientific messaging and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Profile
- Advanced scientific background in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or related fields); PhD is preferred.
- Strong interest in Medical Affairs and scientific communication within a multidisciplinary, international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; comfortable interacting with diverse internal teams and external partners when required.
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, structured, and engaging materials (storytelling skills).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Motivation to develop strategic thinking skills, with mentoring and guidance from senior medical team members.
