Mission
Support the Global Medical Affairs Psoriasis team in activities related to the company's biologic therapy for psoriasis, contributing to scientific, strategic, and operational initiatives within an international environment.
The trainee will collaborate across functions, assist in the preparation of scientific materials, and participate in global medical projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support daily global medical affairs activities in the psoriasis therapeutic area.
- Conduct scientific research and literature reviews to support medical strategy and decision‑making.
- Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and review of scientific slide decks, data summaries, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Contribute to the development and review of Global Medical Information materials.
- Support the coordination and follow‑up of publications, including data compilation and document preparation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved in medical education, events, and narrative development.
- Assist in preparing materials for global meetings, steering committees, or internal updates.
- Participate in the organization and execution of scientific and medical activities with global stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and communication across medical, commercial, regulatory, and other relevant teams.
- Bring a proactive mindset, contribute ideas, and progressively take ownership of assigned tasks.
Education
- PhD in Life Sciences, such as Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related scientific fields.
- Doctoral research related to Dermatology, Immunology, or similar areas is valued but not mandatory.
- Strong scientific background is essential.
Experience
- No prior experience in Medical Affairs or the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Experience in scientific research, data interpretation, or academic publications is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to healthcare, immunology, dermatology, or related fields will be valued.
Skills & Competencies
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret scientific data.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; good command of Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, international team.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Interest in Medical Affairs, clinical research, scientific communication, and patient‑centered approaches.
