🚀 The project and team

You will be working for a major European agency in Copenhagen, fully on-site.

You'll be part of a dynamic, international team supporting critical IT operations in a prestigious institutional environment.

📍 Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

💼 Work model: 100% on-site

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 1 technical support
• Experience supporting 200+ users
• English level: C1 (spoken and written)

🛠️ Key Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
• Experience in device management and support: laptops, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals
• Experience in configuring and supporting video conferencing rooms
