Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Operations Manager in the K-Flex Operations team within Device Global Logistics (DGL), you will:

- Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations including Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders
- Partner with supply chain experts across DGL to drive, support, and influence strategic business initiatives that enable K-Flex to scale globally
- Collaborate with 3PL operation field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and scale operational productivity through new initiatives
- Analyze operational barriers systematically, focusing on root cause identification and understanding financial impact drivers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to proactively identify and remove daily operational obstacles
- Drive operational consistency through network-wide process standardization initiatives
- Evaluate global warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiency
- Conduct business reviews with Senior Leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations
- Travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement (travel is essential for this role)

Success in this position requires strong project management capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
