Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the execution of manual test cases for functional, UI/UX, API, regression, and compatibility testing.
• Proactively participate in the Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Review and Retrospective to ensure your alignment to the team goal.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain testing best practices and processes.
• Automate tests wherever possible to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing efforts.
• Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.

Skills & Expertise

• With at least 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of software testing for both manual and automated.
• Good written and communication English (minimum B2)
• Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices
• Excellent understanding of agile/scrum development processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Advanced Knowledge in API testing, functional testing, UI/UX testing, cross-browser testing, regression testing, and web accessibility testing.
• Advanced Knowledge in Test Management Tools like JIRA, X-ray or equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of different types of testing, including integration testing and performance testing.
• Advanced knowledge of Postman, JMeter or other testing tools
• Advanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Good knowledge of SQL databases and queries
• Good knowledge of 1 programming language (preferably Python)
• Good knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium/Robot Framework/Cypress)
• Good knowledge of Git versioning control systems
• Good knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB, DynamoDB or CosmosDB.
