About the Position🛰️
As a Test Center Responsible at Arkadia, you will be in charge of the daily maintenance and readiness of the different propulsion test facilities located in Arkadia's Test Center in Castellón Airport.
Your primary mission will be to ensure that all test benches, ground support equipment (GSE) and associated facilities are properly maintained, safe and fully operational at all times. You will play a key role in guaranteeing that development, qualification and production test campaigns can be executed without disruption.
In addition to technical maintenance activities, you will manage the operational logistics of the Test Center, including supplies, consumables, waste management and coordination of external services and third parties. This role combines hands-on technical work with operational organization in a fast-paced and growing testing environment.
You will contribute to ensuring a structured, safe and reliable Test Center operation that supports the growth of the company in its current commercialization stage.
What you'll be doing
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of propulsion test benches and associated GSE
Maintain facility systems such as fluid lines, power and comms. connections and other test center auxiliary systems
Ensure test benches are prepared and available for scheduled campaigns
Manage consumables, gases, fluids and general supplies required for testing activities
Coordinate waste management processes, including hazardous and chemical waste
Interface with external service providers and suppliers
Support installation and commissioning of new test benches or facility upgrades
Generate and maintain documentation and ERP information (Odoo) related to maintenance activities and facility configuration
Manage the Test Center storage and inventory
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and internal procedures
What we're looking for
Higher Vocational Education Diploma (EQF Level 5) or equivalent technical degree in Mechanical, Maintenance, Electromechanical, Electrical or similar fields
3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, test facilities, production plants or similar technical environments
Solid understanding of:
Pressurized fluid systems
Mechanical and electromechanical systems
Basic electrical systems
Hands-on experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
Experience managing industrial supplies and coordinating service providers
Ability to work methodically in safety-critical environments
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of facility readiness
Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Fluent in Spanish
Nice to have
Experience in aerospace, propulsion or high-pressure systems
Knowledge of instrumentation and basic data acquisition systems
Experience with hazardous materials handling and environmental compliance
Experience supporting test campaigns or experimental facilities
Familiarity with safety procedures for pressurized or chemical systems
Leadership skills
