Role Purpose
The Associate Director, Enterprise AI Learning Solutionsis responsible forimplementing and supporting the strategic delivery of enterprise AI learning initiatives across both digital learning and peer-to-peer engagement workstreams. This role provides essential learning design and implementation support to enable strategic learning initiatives while ensuring effective delivery, learner engagement, and measurable capability development across all learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
1.Implement Digital Learning Solutions & Learning Experience Design
Design and implement digital learningsolutions, content curation strategies, androle-basedlearning pathways,ensuringengaging user experiences
Support learning solution development including instructional design,applyingadult learning principles, and learning effectiveness optimization
Assess, develop,andenhance learning platforms to deliver seamless, learner-centeredexperiences
2. Develop Peer-to-Peer Learning Solutions & Community Enablement
Design and implement peer-to-peer learninginitiativesincluding community engagement,mentoringand collaborative learningactivities
Create learning resources andplaybooksfor AI Champions, community leaders, and peer learning networks to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Support flagship learning initiatives including AI Symposium, hackathons, and community-driven capability development programs
3. SupportLearning StrategyImplementation
Translate learningstrategyinto practical learning solutions, instructional designs, andplaybooks
Ensure learning quality and effectiveness across both digital and peer-to-peerlearninginitiatives through systematic evaluation and improvement
Supportintegration between digital learning initiatives and peer-to-peer engagement programs to maximize capability development
4. Enable Stakeholder Engagement & Learning Needs Analysis
Conduct stakeholder engagement toidentifylearning needs and develop targeted interventions that address specific capability development priorities across business functions
Collect,analyze, and curate AI use cases and success stories to create compelling learning content that drive practical applicationand adoptionacross the organisation
Support learning partnership activities byfacilitatingeducational collaborations, managing learning relationships, andmaintaininglearner feedback system
