We are searching for an MLOps Engineer to join Bull's R&D team, where we design and build next generation AI and information technologies. In this role, you will work across AI engineering, infrastructure, and automation, developing scalable AI solutions and enabling efficient end to end machine learning workflows (including Generative AI models and LLMs).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and document software components for AI and MLOps systems that improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Prepare and containerize AI applications for deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring strong performance in production environments.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to automate processes from model training to deployment.
- Develop and maintain MLOps workflows, including model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
- Write technical reports that describe methodologies, challenges, and results, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Education
- BS, Master, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of experience with Python in AI or machine learning contexts.
- 3+ years of experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (including AI or ML models).
- 2+ years of experience with MLOps platforms such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar tools.
- Experience using version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and applying configuration management best practices.
- Experience using vLLM to deploy LLMs and build agentic workflows.
- Strong experience working in Linux environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, self driven, detail oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
- English proficiency (B2 or higher) for collaboration in international teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with data analytics and large scale AI systems.
- Previous involvement in European research projects.
