Profile we are looking for:
• Education: Master's degree in Business Intelligence with a specialization in Big Data.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a production BI environment, with experience in data warehousing/analytics projects in multicultural organizations.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX, among others) and best practices in dimensional modeling. Good understanding of the software development process (git, ci/cd, etc.) and knowledge in Azure DevOps is a plus. Business Intelligence theory (dimensional modeling: Kimball, star schema, etc., database, data warehousing, datamarts, dimensional and tabular cube, KPI, etc.)
• Languages: Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
• Agile mindset: Ability to work in an international and complex environment, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
