Responsibilities: Discovery and problem framing Study incoming AI use case requests and evaluate cost implications, and AI feasibility with Tech Lead before shaping scope and backlog items Lead business discovery and value framing for AI initiatives across multiple domains (e.g. underwriting, claims, distribution, operations and IT). Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through AI to enhance operational efficiency. Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and consolidate assessment results to inform implementation decisions and platform integration. Requirements and solution design Work with business stakeholders, product owner and Scrum Master to understand business objectives, pain points, processes and data flows related to AI use cases. Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user journeys, process maps and use cases for AI products, chatbots/voicebots and AI-enabled platform features. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts for the scrum team. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities leveraging AI, and support preparation of business cases and benefits hypotheses. AI use cases, process and data exploration Work with business, data and AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases, including customer service, operations, distribution, underwriting or claims scenarios. Support AI readiness assessments by documenting data sources, process constraints, regulatory considerations and success metrics. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure requirements for training data, model outputs and integration are clearly defined and testable. Stakeholder collaboration and adoption Conduct user interviews, co-design workshop and hands-on UAT; translate feedback into backlog items. Prepare process/operating procedures, training content and adoption plans for business teams. Work closely with Senior Business Stakeholders, Platform Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize value, manage scope and orchestrate releases. Compliance and responsible AI Ensure requirements embed information security, data privacy (PII), model risk and responsible AI expectations. Support controls evidence, traceability and regulatory documentation in a financial services context. Value realization and change management Benefit tracking (time saved, accuracy uplift, NPS/CSAT, STP rates), set up baseline and post-go-live measurement. Plan and support change, training and comms to drive adoption and business outcomes. Qualifications: University degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics or related disciplines. 3-5 years in business analysis or product roles, with proven experience in digital/data/AI initiatives. Experience in insurance/financial services or large, regulated enterprises is an advantage. Strong requirements gathering, user story / acceptance criteria writing, and process modeling Data literacy: comfort with datasets, SQL basics, data quality concepts and lineage; familiarity with RAG/LLM basics and prompt evaluation. Proficient with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of controls for security, privacy, and responsible AI in model-enabled workflows. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, structured communication and presentation. Able to bridge business, data and engineering, translating complex topics into clear options and trade-offs. Comfortable in low code prototyping and iterative delivery, with a hypothesis-driven mindset. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
